• Please keep your pets on your property! There are far too many pets roaming freely around the subdivision.

​

• Those of you with youngsters riding motorized "toys" around the neighborhood, please remind them that the speed limit applies to them as well as cars, and that destructive driving habits can result in fines. Please take the fast ride outside of the development. Destructive driving habits include, but are not limited to:

  • Doing donuts​

  • digging the back tires in to pop wheelies

  • Any activity that puts others in danger or destroys property, including destroying the subdivision roads.
